How do I know whom to trust with my community?

Every board asks this before someone steps onto the minbar. imami answers with a chain you can follow: who confirmed this professional, and how can that be checked?

  • Verified proofs with a seal — ijāza, diplomas and certificates, each confirmed by a person.
  • Reviews from both sides, visible only once both have written.

Chain of confirmation

  1. IdentityWe confirm the person is who they claim to be. The ID document stays private.
  2. QualificationIjāza, degree or certificate are checked. Only the result is shown.
  3. Police clearanceRequested when the offer is aimed at children or protected people — never as a hidden ranking trick.
  4. SealOnce identity and qualification are confirmed, the profile can carry the seal.

What does imami cost?

For professionals imami stays free — profile, requests, messages, reviews. Communities also search and compare for free; you pay only when you publish a posting or write to professionals directly. Checking proofs is free at launch and will be priced later — you see the price before you upload anything.

How are proofs checked?

You upload an ijāza, diploma or certificate. Software reads issuer, date and name, compares them with your profile and flags notes. A person on our team always decides whether it is genuine. The document itself is never public — only the result is visible, and you can delete it at any time.

Who sets the fee?

You both do. Professionals can state a fee idea; communities state what they will pay in the posting. You negotiate directly; imami takes no cut of the fee.

What if someone cancels?

The cancellation goes to both sides at once, and the posting can reopen. Last-minute cancellations can appear on the profile as part of reliability — not as a pillory.

How quickly can I find someone for this Friday?

Search by city, date and specialty. In busy regions replies often come the same day — we do not invent a guaranteed response time.
